**The Role:** Taking care of our guests and providing an outdoor reprieve is ingrained in Dogwood Canyon Nature Park's DNA. Servers extend our hospitality by providing guests with meal recommendations while ensuring friendly and efficient service. Our serving team primarily works in our premier restaurant, the *Mill & Canyon Grill Restaurant*. Additional serving opportunities are available through our catering program. **The Ask:** A successful server typically has over a year of experience in the restaurant or hospitality profession. Servers with experience in formal dining settings will receive preference. Servers are usually on their feet, which includes attending to guests, serving food, and assisting with table turnovers. Servers typically have a passion for hospitality, the outdoors, and being part of a team environment. **The Benefits:** Dogwood Canyon provides access to the great outdoors, both to our guests and our team members. The role is positioned in a team-oriented environment. Full-time and Part-time serving positions typically work during the day, allowing early mornings and evenings to be centered around your family. The position is dependent on the weather, and during our colder months, the property may temporarily close due to inclement weather.
